Hello Crew! Sorry it has been so long since a post! I've gotten a little caught up with this whole training for an ironman thing! It's been taking up quite a bit of time!
Last week, thanks to my friend Anne, I got the opportunity to try It Works Body Wrap!
What is an It Works Body Wrap you ask???
These body wraps are non-woven, cloths wraps that are infused with a powerful, botanically based, "lotion" that reduce the appearance of cellulite and skin slackening to tighten, tone and firm skin where the cloth is applied.
Anne swung by my house and offered to "wrap me" so she could show me just how fantastic this product really was. I have to admit I was skeptical.
After having 2 kids, gaining 50lbs with both pregnancies, I opted to have Anne wrap my stomach. I work out a lot but I have loose, sagging skin that centers right around my belly button. I am a marathoner, triathlete, and Pilates instructor and am in no way a bikini body gal. It's very frustrating.
Anne placed the It Works Body Contouring cloth right on my abs. It was cool and smelled like menthol. It was very pleasant! We did before and after measurements and pics to see results!

Then we wrapped plastic wrap all the way around.
You leave this on for 45minutes-2hours.
You will see results within 45 minutes with final results 72 hours after the application.
I left mine on for about 1.25hours. In that time, I lost 1/2 inch from my abs and hips!! After the 72 hours, I didn't loose any more inches but I had noticeable results in skin tightening. The before and after pics, not shown here....modesty reasons, were incredible! I must say I was impressed!
