Top Tricks to NOT GET SICK!!

Now that the weather is turning cold we all start to spend a lot more time indoors, which means less fresh air, less sunshine, and more germs. 
Eating right and staying active are key to staying healthy, but sometimes we need just a wee bit more to help prevent catching that cold bug!

Here's a list of my standby's and newbies to keep healthy all winter long!

My TOP choice:  Recoverybits
